Paywall.so Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between you (“Creator” or “User”) and Paywall.so (“Paywall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Paywall.so website and services (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
- Service Overview
Paywall.so is a platform that enables creators to sell pay-per-view (PPV) content. Creators can use Paywall.so to monetize their digital content, and users can purchase access to exclusive content offered by creators.
- Commission Fees
Paywall.so charges a commission on each transaction made through the platform. The commission is as follows:
- First Month: Paywall.so will deduct a 10% commission from each transaction during the first month.
- After First Month: After the initial month, the commission will increase to 20% for subsequent transactions.
- Payment Hold Period
Funds generated from transactions will be held for a period of 7 rolling days from the date of the transaction. After this period, creators can initiate a withdrawal of their available balance.
- Withdrawals
Creators can withdraw their available balance after the 7-day hold period. Withdrawals can be initiated by the creator through their Paywall.so account. Please note that additional processing time may be required depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
- Prohibited Content
Creators must adhere to our content guidelines. Paywall.so prohibits the sale or distribution of illegal, explicit, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Paywall.so reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Creators and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
- Termination of Service
Paywall.so reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our terms and conditions. In the event of termination, creators will be entitled to withdraw their available balance, subject to the hold period.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
By using Paywall.so, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use our Service.
